Get information from here about the booking terms and conditions applicable to all tour packages related services of Yatramantra Holidays!

Booking Procedure

  • Once you confirm the tour package and dates of arrival plan your trip with our web planner or travel planner or do call our Customer support executive via Toll free .An email with all details of payment process; including our account and bank details will be sent to you.
  • Once you transfer your advance amount, booking will be initiated
  • We do process your booking by checking hotel availability and if any of the hotels selected is not available we do give alternate options with or without cost difference depending on the room category.
  • Once booking procedure is completed you will receive Hotel voucher (This takes one to two week depends on rush as we need to get email confirmation from hotels before sending voucher)
  • On arrival (Only for Cochin pick up) you will be picked and will be taken to our office where we love you meet you to discuss the package to make sure all commitments are clear between both of us and will be collecting balance payment This experience helps the entire package much smoother and to have a better relationship between us, You can do balance payment as Cash, DD, Net transfer, Credit or debit card, we do NOT accept Cheque payment.
  • If you don’t want to visit us or if your arrival is not at Cochin, please inform us in advance and should do balance payment before arrival
  • We will be providing all necessary documents related to your trip during this visit or via our representative.

Terms & Conditions

  • Rooms will be Non A/C at Munnar and Thekkady for all category of packages (if package has Munnar or Thekkady)
  • Above rates are calculated on the basis of hotels and room types mentioned
  • In case room type is not mentioned, calculation is based on the base category room in the hotel
  • Booking will be confirmed only after receiving the advance payment and on availability of hotels mentioned, we do not block rooms at the time of sending confirmation.
  • In case of non-availability of rooms in the mentioned hotels, this will be communicated to you and will give you different options and the rate of package will increase or decrease depends on the hotels selected
  • In case you are not convinced with the new options, advance paid will be refunded to you without deducting any service charge and this need to be communicated to us in one day’s time after receiving the new hotel list
  • There will not be any change in the hotels mentioned without your concern
  • We suggest you to check reviews and location of hotels mentioned to make sure it is as per your preferences before conforming the package and change of hotel on arrival would charge retention
  • We does not have any hidden charges except your lunch, dinner (All food in houseboat is included) and personal expenses
  • During the journey if someone asks for extra money, you may inform us and we will not be responsible if you pay the amount without our concern
  • Any extra bed/breakfast for kids which is not mentioned has to be paid directly.

Cab Details

  • All cabs are air-conditioned and well maintained.
  • Well mannered and English or Hindi speaking Driver.
  • Cab rate includes Driver’s Bata, Fuel, Toll, Permit and Parking Charges
  • Sightseeing journey starts by 9am & ends at 6pm due to safety concerns
  • Extra charges applicable for cab return other than Kochi Drop and sightseeing before 9am & after 6pm
  • Cab details will be forwarded through SMS one day prior to arrival.
